Mr. Kasongo founded RedFox Property & Care Solutions with a vision of bringing internationally recognized standards of professionalism, operational excellence, and customer service to Zambia's property care industry. Leveraging extensive senior executive leadership experience and his Master Black Belt Certification from major U.S.-based organizations and companies, Mr. Kasongo infuses elite operational discipline and strategic planning into the core of the Company. His expertise in operations management, safety standards, compliance, and workforce leadership has shaped the company's service model.
